We would like to invite you to participate in the 1st Anniversary March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction. This gourmet event will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the Valley River Inn starting at 6:00pm. This exclusive evening features you, our signature chef, pre-paring your favorite dish for our appreciative guests to savor.
The silent and live auctions feature one-of-a-kind culinary experiences with the participating chefs and wineries. Further enhancing the auc-tion are travel packages excursions and entertainment opportunities and most spectacular: select packages donated by the evening’s sig-nature chefs.
Signature Chefs auction has helped raise over $1.3 million in Oregon to support our mission: improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. By participating in our lovely evening of fabulous food and friendship, your culinary talents and generous package will provide education, research and pro-grams to help ensure that all babies have a healthy start. Our goal this year is to raise $60,000!
